An extensive extended cruise circling Australia is being halted in the wake of the death of an older lady who was abandoned by the cruise liner on a distant coastal location.

The elderly woman had been walking on the tropical location with shipmates from the Coral Adventurer, but broke off from the group for a break. The vessel left without her and returned several hours later after the personnel discovered the woman was unaccounted for.
